Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all puppies purchased from [Jewel Teacup Puppies Home]. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the puppy within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the puppy must be in its original condition and have no signs of injury, illness, or neglect. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the puppy to our location.
Exchange: We offer a 30-day exchange policy on all puppies purchased from [Jewel Teacup Puppies Home]. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your puppy, you may exchange it for another puppy of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the puppy must be in its original condition and have no signs of injury, illness, or neglect. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the puppy to our location and any additional costs associated with the exchange, such as shipping fees.
Health Guarantee: We offer a health guarantee on all of our puppies. If a puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary defect within one year of the purchase date, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, or a refund at our discretion. The customer must provide proof of the defect and follow our recommended veterinary care plan to be eligible for this guarantee.
Shipping: We offer shipping for our puppies, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the puppy arrives safely and in good health. We are not responsible for any damages or health issues that occur during shipping.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the puppy has been subjected to neglect, abuse, or mistreatment. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the puppy has been altered in any way after leaving our care.
